HOW AND WHEN TO ORDER CUSTOM CAKE/DESSERT 

Please complete our customize inquiry form for customized cakes and sweet bites.

For small custom cakes [single or two tiers] and sweet bites minimum 2 weeks advance notice is needed.

For large custom cakes [three tiers or more] minimum 4 weeks in advance.

Banana chocolate -Banana sponge. salted caramel. dark chocolate cream 

Chocolate raspberry - chocolate sponge. raspberry jam. dark chocolate cream

Blueberry - blueberry sponge. blueberry jam. white chocolate cream

Tropical - tahitian vanilla sponge. mango jam. passionfruit cream

Espresso - coffee sponge. espresso. coffee cream

Chocolate hazelnut -  chocolate sponge. sea salt caramel. hazelnut praline cream

Lemon elderflower - lemon sponge. zesty lemon curd. elderflower cream

Pistachio strawberry  ( 8 inch or smaller/ extra charge )  - pistachio sponge. strawberry jam. pistachio praline cream

Matcha  ( 8 inch or smaller/extra charge )  - green tea sponge. red bean. matcha cream

Coconut almond  extra charge ) - Coconut almond sponge. almond praline, coconut white chocolate cream 

 

Kids friendly favours

Devil chocolate cake -  devil chocolate sponge. Callebaut 54% dark chocolate whipping ganache.

Tahitian vanilla cake - tahitian vanilla sponge. vanilla whipping ganache - we use real seeds not essence.

*All the creams are whipped chocolate cream (light chocolate ganache). our cake is finished with swiss meringue buttercream and/or chocolate spray.

We do not cover cakes with fondant.


DESSERT BITES INFO

We currently offer 4 types of dessert bites

-Cakesicle from 7 dollars, minimum order 12 units per style and could mix flavors.

-Macaron from 3.5 dollars, minimum order 12 units per style or flavour.

-Dessert jar (or mini dessert cup) 12 dollars each (mini dessert cup from 6 dollars, minimum order 12 units per flavour.)

-Cupcake from 6 dollars, minimum order 12 units per style or flavour.

 


CUSTOM CAKE PRICE

Each cake is individually priced taking in to account the size, complexity in the final design and any special requirements.

Please note our smallest custom cake order starts at Single tier 6 inch - $280+

If you’re having an intimate party and working within a strict budget, we suggest browsing our online shop.

However, we find most clients opt for custom-designed cakes that fall in the below price guide:

Single tier 6 inch - 20 serves - $280+ 

Single tier 8 inch - 40 serves - $320+ 

  

Two tier 6+8 inch - 60 serves - $480+ 

Two tier 7+9 inch - 85 serves - $640+ 

 

Three tier 4+6+8 inch - 70 serves - $560+

Three tier 5+7+9 inch - 100 serves - $800+ 

Three tier 6+8+10 inch - 130 serves - $910+ 

 

Four tier 4+6+8+10 inch - 140 serves - $980+ 

Four tier 5+7+9+11 inch - 185 serves - $1295+

SERVING SIZE FOR CUSTOM CAKE

Our standard single tier cakes are a 5 layers, approx. 6 inches high. Custom layers/heights available by enquiry.

Yes, we do offer our cakesicles as cake tasting . Pre-order here 


BOOKING AND CANCELLATION FOR CUSTOM CAKE/DESSERT 

Deposit amounts based on order value:

- Orders up to $1,000: $100 deposit.

- Orders up to $2,000: $200 deposit.

- Orders up to $3,000: $300 deposit.

This non-refundable deposit is required on custom orders to secure your date with remaining payment to be paid 24 - 12 workings days before the delivery/collection date.

Bookings are only confirmed once deposit is paid.

Cancellations which require refunds will only be honored if notified 10 working days prior to delivery.
No refunds or cancellations will not be given if within 10 working days of delivery.

PICK UP OR DELIVERY 

For small cake [single or two tiers] and dessert orders, we recommend pick up from our Grafton shop.

For large custom cakes [three tiers or more], we charge a delivery and set up fee based on the number of kilometres travelled to your venue. Cakes are generally delivered on the day of the event. You are welcome to collect your cake from our shop, however we recommend that larger tiered cakes be delivered as this is a complex and delicate task!


STORAGE

All our cakes and desserts should be stored in the refrigerator and taken out to be brought to room temperature half hour prior to serving.
Dessert bits serve directly from the fridge.
Chocolate bars should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight (18ºC)

Some of our cake and desserts are customizable towards dietary requirements please contact us directly.
We are not allergy specialized therefore any cake and desserts may still contain traces
